Holdens Pink Flare Rhododendron

Superb disease resistance and outstanding foliage and bloom, the Holden’s Pink Flare Rhododendron is a magnificent new cultivar sporting dense, thick, and lustrous evergreen leaves that are an excellent backdrop for the abundant, large clusters of funnel-shaped bubblegum pink flowers with frilly petals. The dorsal petal is adorned with dark red freckles for a wonderful contrast. A lower grower to maybe 4 to 5 feet tall and 5 to 6 feet wide, Holden's Pink Flare is a good fit as an accent shrub in smaller garden spaces, or in groupings or as a natural hedge where space will allow in larger, partially shaded to sunny landscape and woodland borders
